Session Descriptions

Boot Camp

The fitness classic, a real mix of body weight and equipment-based fitness, designed to burn calories and push you to your full potential.

Boxercise

Time to punch yourself fit with real boxing based fitness. Watch out for the twelve-minute survival rounds.

HIIT & HIIT 45

High Intensity Interval Training. Non-stop weight-based fitness designed to burn up calories in a shorter than normal time. HIIT 45 is a shorter version of HIIT but with less rest and designed for the more advanced member looking to break plateaus.

Strength & Conditioning

Improve your body’s aerobic and anaerobic fitness whilst improving your strength and lifting abilities.

Cardio Blitz

Fast paced non-stop calorie burning (even faster than the music!)


Open Gym

XPF members can attend an open-gym session. These are available in 1 hour slots every week day.
